I’m taking ownership of my role by continuously learning and improving my skill. I read books and attend online training programmes that help me develop new knowledge and skills that I can apply to my job. This ensures that I’m up-to-date with information in my field.

Winning by 1% may not seem particularly noticeable, but, winning by 1% each day for a year can be more meaningful. Getting 1% better each day for a year (1.01365) makes one 37 times better by the end of the year. Conversely, 1% worse each day for one year causes one to decline down to nearly zero (0.99365) (James Clear). In 2023, I have decided to take up a 1% daily improvement in my role.
