We celebrated all individuals and recognised that our collective victories start with the individual inputs individuals make every day.<\/p>\n

Winning by 1% may not seem particularly noticeable, but, winning by 1% each day for a year can be more meaningful. Getting 1% better each day for a year (1.01365) makes one 37 times better by the end of the year. Conversely, 1% worse each day for one year causes one to decline down to nearly zero (0.99365) (James Clear).
